Return/Exchanges

• All returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.
• Returned items that have deodorant marks, stains, odors or equivalent ARE NOT eligible for a return.
• Item(s) must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact us at allureathleisure@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Please allow 24-48hrs for response.

*Return shipping cost will be at the customers expense*

Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size or returned for store-credit.

No Refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you believe you have received a defective product, or wrong size, contact us with an image of the defect so that we can evaluate and remedy the matter.
